I’ve been in business for over 12 years, but it’s taken the last few years of refining our internal systems and documenting over 800 events to get to where I am today. When I started, there was no manual for running a floral, event production, and design business. It was trial and error, but my team and I have created one, and it’s now a proven system that I want to share with you.

Trust me, I know what it’s like to work until 3 a.m. or go days without sleep because the to-do list never seems to end. I’ve had nights when I came home from an event, feeling broken—my feet aching, my brain fried. But through years of hard work, mistakes, and learning, I’ve finally found a way to balance it all.

Today, after executing around 70 events per season, I’m no longer stressed about meeting contract deadlines, managing client expectations, or dealing with last-minute crises. I’m no longer chasing down the perfect vehicle for inventory, wondering how to handle staff issues, or worrying about what to pay people.

Last year, I attended just 14 of 56 events. The rest? I spent time at home or out with friends, watching the progress of our installs on Instagram stories. I’ve built a team that supports me and helps drive our business forward, freeing me up to focus on what matters most—creating, organizing, and being the best version of myself for my clients.
